Andy Holgate entered his first triathlon in 2006 and has since been hooked on the sport. He originally started blogging as a way of motivating himself and letting his family and friends know how he was progressing.
Things soon snowballed for Andy and he is now a published author of two books and the veteran of five Ironman races.
Having experienced the challenges of training first-hand, Andy knows what a significant difference a good night’s sleep can make.
