The world renowned heavyweight champion may have hung up his gloves and taken a step back from competitive boxing, but the boxer is busier than ever with his latest career moves.

Whether he’s keeping fit, inspirational speaking, or making guest appearances, Frank is as active as ever, and from his time in the ring knows how important a good night’s sleep is for the mind and body.

Frank joins a number of leading sportsmen and women, including British snowboarding champion, Zoe Gillings-Brier and triathlete and author, Andrew Holgate in Sealy’s “World of Sport” campaign, which was launched to promote deeper sleep and the benefits this has on sporting professionals.

Frank said: “Without a doubt, sleep has been an important factor in my success over the years and has been crucial when I’ve been training hard and competing. Despite me stepping back from the ring in the 90s, today I’m busier than ever with appearances, not to mention keeping as fit as possible and even running marathons.

“I had had some health issues as well and for my recovery, sleep, and lots of it, is essential. That means getting great rest is as important as it ever was, especially as I get older, and I’m looking forward to sleeping deeply and waking up refreshed on my new Sealy”.

Neil Robison, Sealy UK Marketing Director said: “Despite Frank’s retirement from the ring, it’s clear how important sleep still is to him in his day-to-day life. We’re so pleased to be in a position to support his future endeavours by providing a quality bed that offers the comfort and functionality needed for Frank to succeed in the next chapter of his life.”

Frank is also donating Sealy a pair of his signed boxing gloves which will be auctioned off to raise valuable funds for the Cumbrian Flood Appeal, helping support the residents affected by flooding in December 2015, and earlier this year.
