However, everything we know about sleep is not necessarily true, and how do we separate fact from fiction when it comes to catching some quality zzzzzzz’s?
Here at Sealy we want to find out, and we recently commissioned a piece of research to find out the most popular pieces of sleep wisdom the UK believes in, and which could be doing more harm than good when it comes to helping us get a good night’s sleep.
Worryingly, our study found that 45% of people in the UK are following potentially harmful sleep advice, and we hope our campaign can change that!
