- We provide a free professional two man delivery service that will deliver your purchases to your room of choice.
- We deliver most items Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
- On average products are delivered within 14 - 21 days.
How does the delivery process work?
- Step 1: You place your order
- Step 2: Within 48 hours of your order being placed our courier will contact you, by phone or email, to arrange a delivery date
- Step 3: Our courier will call or text you to specify a delivery time window and also provide a tracking link.
- Step 4: Your order is delivered!

Here at Sealy, we have a very simple mission: to help all our customers become Deeper Sleepers
In the unlikely event of a defect in material or workmanship occurring within the 5 year guarantee period, we will arrange to repair or replace the item under complaint free of charge at our discretion. The guarantee will continue from the original date of purchase. Click here to find out more.
